Objectives
The MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM) aims to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in managing human resources effectively within various organizational contexts. The program integrates strategic HRM principles with practical applications to prepare graduates for leadership roles in HR.
Learning Outcomes
After this training, the participants will realize the following:
a. How to reduce to the barest minimum the exit of staff from employment and stabilize the workforce.
b. Design workable staff conditions of service.
c. Ensure adequate manpower development and staff placement in fixing “round pegs in round holes”
d. Develop mutual and productive staff relations.
e. Design a strong corporate base to ensure organizational success.
